Gratitude Day 21: I'm grateful for pie. I'm also grateful for a wonderful daughter who volunteered to make 5 pies for us tonight. Usually I look forward to baking a multitude of pies for Thanksgiving, but this year it was feeling more like a chore than a pleasure. So I'm very grateful for her efforts in making the 4 pumpkin and 1 sugar free apple pie.
